Ed.D. in Research Methodology (USF). Master of Data Science (UC Berkeley). MBA. MFA in Film. 16 years in people analytics, data science, and generative AI. Built Visa's people analytics AI chatbot, showcased by the CEO at a global town hall. Co-founder of I.P.A.C. and co-inventor of Patent M678964. CIO of CXO, a 1,400-member business networking club in Taiwan.
